About Me

Professional, dedicated, focused and caring, I work collaboratively towards strategic and relevant goals.

With over 14 years experience in emergency assistance, protection of civilians and detainees in times of conflict, rehabilitation and development, I manage inter-disciplinary teams with expertise.
Specialized in building local capacity, I assess and strengthen organizational structures of N/LNGOs, their administrative, logistics and M&E systems, policies and procedures, strategic planning and program implementation through training, coaching and team building.
I have extensive experience in project cycle management from assessment to strategic planning, proposal writing and budgeting, implementation, monitoring and evaluation - applying humanitarian standards and incorporating a gender perspective.
